OBS - Best Practices Before Finalizing & Signing:

Prune Inapplicable Sections: Delete sections or rows that do not apply to your specific product (e.g., delete LVD if RED applies, delete CRA sections if the device has no digital elements/connectivity, or delete Section 7 if operating under Module A self-assessment).
Remove Internal Guidance Notes: Strip out the "DRAFTING NOTES FOR MANUFACTURERS" section at the end of the document prior to signing and publishing.
Verify Signatory Authority: Ensure the individual signing Section 11 has direct legal authority to bind the company (e.g., Managing Director, Head of Regulatory, or Chief Executive).
